how do we book a media day for our team?
Easy! Just send us an email or request through the contact form to start the process. We do require at least 8 athletes to book a school team.
what should we wear for our session?
Athletes should arrive dressed as if they're headed to compete. Wear your official uniform, team gear, or sport-specific apparel that best represents your sport and personality.
Be sure to bring any equipment or accessories that help tell your story, such as balls, bats, gloves, helmets, goggles, rackets, clubs, sticks, medals, or other sport-specific gear. These details help create dynamic, authentic images that showcase your passion for the game.
Tip: Make sure uniforms and equipment are clean and game-ready, as they'll be prominently featured in your portraits.
how long does it take to get our photos?
We do our very best to return image galleries within 2 weeks. Larger teams may require extra time. Galleries include a purchase link for prints and digital images.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Athletes shine brightest in their own environment—on the field, court, track, or in the dugout. If weather conditions aren't ideal, we'll do our very best to find an alternative location or work with you to reschedule so every athlete can enjoy their session and receive the bold, high-quality images they deserve.

Relax! We will take care of coming up with the ideal location, lighting, and posing. We are open to ideas and inspiration but will make final creative decisions to give you the best results.
